¡Vaya! cuánto ha pasado desde que fue publicado el sitio de Contracultura... Esta sección, al frente y destacada, contiene noticias y avances de Contracultura; y conforme surjan nuevas entradas, crearemos una sección de archivo para consultar entradas pasadas.

El update de ésta primera entrega es en torno a la creación de la figura jurídica que sería Contracultura y que he(JP) de comunicar, ha evolucionado: Originalmente pensábamos en la creación de una asociación civil sin ánimo de lucro para la reeducación cívica, de corte Objetivista. Sin embargo, por el mismo hecho de ser Objetivista, hoy me inclino mucho más a hacerlo un "liceo" y Think Tank privado de civismo y reeducación, un centro de desadoctrinamiento para quienes descubran que su cosmovisión política ha sido subvertida, y deseen desintoxicar su cognición de esa realidad alterada. "Contracultura, S.A." ¿le suena? ¿Cree que podemos obtener capital semilla par tal emprendimiento?

WHAT IS COUNTERCULTURE AND WILL I LIKE IT?

WTF?

A Civil Association in formation; consisting of expatriated Guatemalans and its founder in Guatemala. "Chapines", living in greater relative freedom in other countries, who are capable of discerning the vices of Statism. "The Leviathan" brings Guatemala, Latin America, and The West in general, into a political, social economic monstrosity; a far cry from the legacies of Enlightenment; the systems that gave way to the meteoric success of Western Culture.

We are Guatemalans who attribute this decline to the corruption of social, moral, economic norms and the rule of reason. This motivates us for the future constitution of a Civil Association for "Woke" counter-culture, aimed at youth and young adults.

Contracultura is to be a civil association devoted to education; poised for the unlearning of bad postmodern philosophy and Keynesian economics and the relearning of sound civics, politics, finance, money theory and Austrian economics.

The site, contracultura.gt, is an antidote to the hegemony of postmodernism in the West. From Guatemala to Latin America. A multimedia content portal, covering articles, podcasts, videos and synchronous debate on X Spaces and asynchronous on Kialo.

Our Contents are delivered in a humorous, satirical, parodic, acid and colloquial manner. Yet we strive for intellectuall honesty and to be grounded in Parrhesia. We are a citizen-facing association, with our backs to the Political Class. We are in opposition to the political, cultural and economic tenets of Postmodernism and its "political correctness." Counterculture would be written and produced by "citizens with govenrment ID":

in full use of the constitutional guarantees recognized by the Constitution of Guatemala in terms of freedom of conscience, freedom of opinion, freedom of expression, freedom of speech... plus(+) the right to be wrong.

We distance ourselves from the "mainstream media" —propaganda— and from being called “journalists”, a sector of Society that has abandoned all precepts and moral principles in their journalistic profession: of collecting the facts to give way to public opinion; instead of giving it, in crass propaganda🤢.

Counterculture seeks to be funded exclusively through crowdfunding on third-party platforms, and/or from individual or institutional contributions in total transparency, total distance; and with full traceability.

Our content is framend under the foillowing tenet:

"All innocuous speech is protected[by The Constitution]. And all speech is innocuous as long as there is enough time to counter it... with more speech."

—This is the latest (current) jurisprudence from the legal system with the most sublime recognition of the Natural Right to Freedom of Conscience🗽 in the whole world: the US Supreme Court of Justice.
